Hij krijgt een derde ster voor Le Bristol, het restaurant in het gelijknamige chique hotel. Le Bristol ligt op een steenworp afstand van het Elys\u00e9e, het werkpaleis van Nicolas Sarkozy. Omdat de Franse president dit restaurant regelmatig als zijn kantine gebruikt, vermoeden boze tongen dat Sarkozy zelf er voor heeft gezorgd dat Fr\u00e9chon zijn derde ster heeft gekregen&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->Andere nieuwkomer is Jules Verne (foto), het restaurant op grote hoogte, op de 2e verdieping van de <a title=\"Eiffeltoren\" href=\"http:\/\/www.tour-eiffel.fr\/\">Eiffeltoren<\/a>. Dit restaurant staat onder leiding van topkok Alain Ducasse en met de vermelding sleept Ducasse zijn 19e Michelinster binnen. Het culinaire walhalla is net als vorig jaar het achtste arrondissement. Op een kleine 4 km2 kan men kiezen uit maar liefst 18 restaurants met minimaal een Michelin Ster, waarvan nu vier met drie sterren (Le Bristol, Alain Ducasse au Plaza Athen\u00e9e, Ledoyen en Pierre Gagnaire). Ter vergelijking: Nederland heeft 76 sterrenrestaurants waarvan twee met drie sterren.
