In heel Frankrijk en Monaco werden 649 sterren uitgedeeld, 95 daarvan kwamen er terecht in Parijs, oftewel gemiddeld bijna 1 ster per vierkante kilometer, of \u00e9\u00e9n ster op iedere 211 V\u00e9lib fietsen. Zeven restaurants verloren hun sterrenstatus en zes nieuwe kwamen erbij. Verliezer was het beroemde en eeuwenoude restaurant <a href=\"http:\/\/www.grand-vefour.com\/fr\/navigation.htm\" title=\"Le Grand Vefour\">Le Grand V\u00e9four<\/a> in tuin van het Palais Royal: chef Guy Martin verloor zijn prestigieuze derde ster die hij sinds 2000 bezat. Le Grand V\u00e9four is nu weer een &#8216;gewoon&#8217; tweesterrenrestaurant&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Het culinaire walhalla is onbetwist het achtste arrondissement. Op een kleine 4 km2 kan men kiezen uit maar liefst 18 restaurants met minimaal \u00e9\u00e9n Michelin Ster, waarvan drie met drie sterren (Alain Ducasse au Plaza Athen\u00e9e, Ledoyen en Pierre Gagnaire).
